Why on earth would anyone want to shoot Marshmallows and what would you shoot them at??? All I can think of is, you might try to shoot them into someones mouth.

But a Marshmallow shooter??? What next??

About 3 years ago, all the kids in our neighborhood made these out of PVC piping. They were at BLAST. You could shoot those puppies about 100 yards (these were mouth powered guns). It kept the kids (and some adults )busy for weeks.

I think it's just a really fun thing! One of those gadgets that has no purpose in life other than to amuse the person using it. My kids can shoot marshmallows at each other and I don't have to worry about them hurting each other or breaking windows. And the birds will eat any marshmallows laying around the yard. I can just picture my dh and a bunch of his friends right now, running around shooting marshmallows at each other. I ordered two, and my gf are getting them for their dh's too!

My cousin emailed this to me - it's perfect for our family. When we were kids were used to discreetly throw marshmallows at each other while we were around the campfire.

Just to me it didn't make sense.....but I guess I need to experience a Winter Christmas to see what fun can be had. Too darn hot here to be running around...good for a dip in the ocean or pool tho.

This is one of those FUN type of gifts where wrap a bag of marshmallows, and make SURE it gets UNwrapped first, and the kid looks at you like "why did I get a bag of THESE?" Oh I can SO see me doing that!
