How come when you look on the Disney Cruise website for the 7 day cruise, pretty much all the summer 2005 days say TBA (to be announced)?

That's a good question; noone seems to know why yet. The conjecture is they are holding that timeframe open for a special cruise itenerary.

So can you still sign up for those dates or do you have to wait until they make up their mainds? It might be interesting to sign up and be totally surprised...maybe

No, they are not taking ANY bookings on Summer 2005 at this point.

The true answer to your question is they haven't announced the itinerary and opened the dates up for booking.
