How come this AP room only code did not work when calling CRO?

On the wdwinfo site I saw an AP room only code that says it's good from Janurary 1 - December 31, 2009. However today when my dad called CRO they said it was not good, so can someone please tell me why it did not work?

Also is there a way to apply any discount codes online when making a reservation threw the WDW website?

I am not aware of any AP codes that last the full year (if they existed, I would have used one!)

I saw that too, and when I tried to ask about it here, I was kind of treated like a dummy! I know we're not hallucinating, but everyone says that it's just not true. I think it's a mistake on the website. :confused3

I guess your right about it being a mistake.

No, CMs should never treat you like a dummy, especially if Disney mistakenly put up the wrong dates and then took them down. I suppose the CM didn't even know they'd been put up at all. Still, no excuse.

When I was getting Yankees/Redsox tickets at Fenway a month or two ago I was lucky enough to have seen a little excerpt on their website that said that if you didn't win the lottery to buy tickets that you could try to get them two hours later. The blurb was only on there a short time. Very short. I was lucky enough to see it and got tickets. I don't think that was an error but I know noone else in my family ever saw it when they were checking it out.

Oh, sorry, you said people on this board. Well, I didn't see the posts so I can't comment on that. Only know that weird stuff appears and disappears on websites sometimes.

If you find out more, please post it here. I am looking for an AP code for Aug. 7-11 but so far, the only AP codes I can find are good through June 6.

Very interesting. Whenever I want to see the current codes I either go to the passholder site or I check out mousesavers.

Guessing wdwinfo (not a Disney website) has incorrect info posted on this particular offer.
