OK, so basically, my credit card is stored in MDE. However, whenever I go to make a reservation, I always have to key in the credit card information AGAIN. Then, when I"m done, it says, do I want to save it and replace the credit information that's already stored? ALREADY STORED? for crying out loud, if it's already stored, why the heck do I have to always ENTER it when I make a reservation???

I feel your pain. I noticed that too and it makes me feel panicky when I'm trying to race and book one of those hard-to-book ADRs. I keep wondering why it makes me enter all the info all the time. Why bother storing it?

I’ve never had the problem. My stored credit card always appears when making a dining reservation. I just made one yesterday.

I always have to enter for room reservations as well and then it tells me it's a new card and asks me if I want to store it. I'm like "it's the same card I've always used!" It does store for ADRs but not for resort reservations. Very frustrating.
