How close to showtime can I arrive?

How close to showtime can I arrive if I have a fastpass for Beauty & the Beast at HS? If the show starts at 4PM, can I show up at 3:59pm with a fastpass and still get in? Thanks!

FP or not...
If it is important to see a particular performance, you should arrive early.
If it doesn’t matter much to you, you can choose to arrive later.
You might get lucky.

Never had a problem getting into that show with or without a FP. A minute before the show it probably won't matter if you had one or not.

One minute might cut it a little close, but as long as it's not a really busy day, you are probably okay at 5 or 10 minutes.

Many of the shows which have FP have a specific time window you have to show up within, and if you are late you will not be allowed to go through the FP. I've never gotten one for B&tB, not sure about that one, but the Lion King show and even Little Mermaid have a window, which usually ends about 10 min before showtime, for FP arrival, because after that they let in the SB line. I recall a thread by an angry visitor who missed his FP for a show because of this.

If you have a ticket on your account, try making a dummy FP for the show and see what it says.

We have never needed a FP for Beauty and the Beast. We have walked in a few minutes after it started and sat in the back.
As others have said, the FP window usually closes about 10 minutes before the show starts and if there is a reserved area for FP, they fill it with SB.

This is our upcoming fast pass window - it has 10 mins before the show time as cut off, so I would go with that

As long as the theater isn't full, you can do this, BUT you will NOT be sitting in the FP section. You'll probably be sitting at the very back of the theater.

I have been turned away with a FP after the FP window closed. It depends on how busy the park is. If this is Christmas, Easter, Spring Break, July 4th - be there in the window! If it is not extremely busy and you are not picky about your seat - you can usually show up about 5-10 minutes before and be just fine.
