How close to park closing is the last ADR?

Hi, wise DISers. Does anybody know how close to closing time you can make an ADR in the parks? For instance, if MK closes at 7pm on a December night that we're there, how late could we make dinner reservations at the Crystal Palace? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
