How can you use AP discount when booking hotel?

I currently see some summer AP discounts. We are looking to just add one night before a DVC stay in November -- are there usually any discounts that i could use now to book for November or do i have to wait until they start releasing AP deals for that time of year.

I know with booking somewhere like universal it lets you put in an APH code to get/see any AP deals. Didn't know if i was missing anything or do i just need to wait. And if i need to wait, when would they release deals for end of November?

AP discounts are the very last to be announced. Check mousesavers.com to see the historical data for all discounts. Current RO discounts only run thru 8/30/18.
