How can you put a video up in your profile?

I can't figure it out. Can someone please help? That would be greatly apperciated

Go to "Add New Blocks". Click "My Media" and add it to your profile. Then go to Google Video or Youtube and find a video you like. I used Youtube, so at the top of the page of the video you are viewing, there should be a code, and next to it, it should say "Embed". Copy the embed code and when you're in edit mode of the "My Media" block, paste the embed code into the space provided.
