Our Jack Russell keep stealing the stuffed Rudolph from under the tree! Dogs always look SO cute and innocent when you catch them. They know what they are doing. :dog: :rotfl2:

Yes, I do believe he knows exactly what he is doing and he also knows if he is cute at it he won't be in trouble :rotfl:

Sleepymom-Is your dog a toy fox terrier. We have a toy fox terrier that does the same thing! The dog and my dd3 fight over stuff animals all the time. It is so funny. My dd3 isn't into stuff animals except when Chuckie has one otherwise it wouldn't be so funny. The dog and my dd fight all the time. She will scream at him and he will bark back at her. It is so cute! He does things to make her mad all the time. He will bring the stuff animal to her and just as she is about to grab it he runs off with it. They have a lot of fun together.

Kristen821 - No, Dash is a Jack Russell, and he just turned 5 months old. How old is your dog? Even more than stuffed animals he loves socks! He will pull them out of a clean basket or even the hamper, doesn't matter and off he goes. Dash is the perfect name for him because boy can he run :rotfl2:

I think his fav game though is to stand behind me when I am on the computer (he stands on the back of the love seat) and he will drop his chew toy on the floor. I pick it up and hand it back to him and he'll play with it for a second and then he'll drop it again. I swear it is just like a baby sitting in a high chair, dropping food or a toy over the edge to see you pick it up. The funny thing is he knows DH won't play that game with him, so he won't do it when DH is at the computer! He will also stand on the love seat with his back legs and put his front legs on my shoulders, I don't dare move then because he will fall, he can balance himself very well.

I think toy fox terrior and jack russells are related. My dog came with the name Chuckie which I tried to have changed but the kids thought he would be confused. He was only 10 weeks old but they didn't want to change the name. I like the name Dash. Chuckie is extremely fast too. He is so smart and such a spoiled brat! :rotfl2: He is almost 9 months old. It is funny how you mentioned how he acts different around your dh, because my dog does the same thing. My dh hates when he is on the furniture so Chuckie will only go on the furniture if I am there, because he know I will stick up for him and dh can't kick him off, but if I am not in the room and dh walks in Chuckie will jump off the furniture and look at him like he is completely innocent. It is so funny and drives dh nuts. ;)

I am not a dog lover or cat lover for that fact. I guess that is why our house will never see a pet with fur and 4 legs.

How sad

Very Cute!!.. BTW thats how I know my doggie is in something he shouldnt be.. when he's quiet and cant be found he usually has nabbed something and is hiding! :rotfl:

What great pictures! Now, on Dash's behalf--the stuffed animal doesn't look like it sustained any major trauma. And even if it did--those stuffed animals reproduce when the lights are out.
We have a doxie that torments the kids by removing eyes and noses from their toys. I'm quietly appreciative of the doxie's efforts to reduce clutter in the house. Nope, I didn't leave ds's bedroom door open on purpose. Really! :rotfl:

No way could I get mad at that...he is just too cute :goodvibes

His first stuffed animal was one the people we got him from sent home with us, it was half pig/half frog and so adorable... well the eyes eventually came out and my DD thought it was so funny she came up with a little song.

Blinded by the dog
woke up in the kennel
with my eyes looking back at me

I thought the funniest part is that an 11 year old would know that tune :rotfl:
