We are flying down and will be using ME, so we won't have a car. Would a taxi be our only option? Any idea how much that might cost?

Thanks! ::MinnieMo

One option might be to rent at the Disney Care Care Center. They will pick you up, take you to the center, then you get your car, go back to the hotel and off to Sea World. You can also rent at the Dolphin and I think at one of the Downtown Disney hotels.

Taxi is also an option, tho I expect it could cost more (perhaps someone can price this out for you). The Town Car services will do this as well, tho they might be pricier than a cab (tho plenty more comfortable).

Good luck!

we took mears from asmusic to sea world one year. i think it was 10 or 15 round trip per person ( there were 4 of us) that was a few years ago. but we dont like to drive on vacation. we called from the front lobby of the hotel. but it prob.is cheaper to rent a car. check it out with the front desk.

Much thanks! I am not familiar with the Disney Car Center. I will have to do a search on the boards to learn more. ::MinnieMo

You can also take the bus to the TTC and then take the Lynx bus to Sea World. The Lynx drops you off right at Sea World and cost's about $1.25 each way.

I am going to Sea World in Aug. and I am planning on using the Lynx Bus. I have no experience with the Lynx Bus, but it sure sounds a lot cheaper. I just know I will have to cross the street to get back to Disney World. This is some info I found.

TTC by MK. If you are coming from a monorail exit the TTC gates toward the left heading for the busses. Then walk along the sidewalk to the left and look for the lynx sign for route 50. (I think it may actually say link 50 for some reason.)
I would be a few minutes early when we went. We got there just a couple minutes early and the bus pulled up right away and didn't wait he just picked us up and left. It was then a 20 minute ride to Seaworld. I would definitely do it again.
Like I said on the way home don't wait by where you get dropped off, you must cross the street and stand by that stop in front of the hotel.
Sea World, then transfer to the LYNX #50 to the Magic Kingdom

Wow, thanks for the info. This definitely sounds like the most affordable option. I will have to check out the website to get more acquainted with the system.
