How can we do this?

I'll be staying at POFQ with my mom, who will be using a wheelchair during the trip. Assuming I can even get the ADRs, I'd like your advice on the best way to get to HDDR.

Should I plan a lounge-at-the-pool-day that day (we like to do one per trip), and go to HDDR from the resort? If so, what's the best way?

Or, is there a park that has an easy shot over to the show? I could plan a park day around the dinner plans.

Easiest park-to-HDDR will be MK. I believe she can roll the wheelchair right onto the boat, which goes to Fort Wilderness.

There is no direct transfer from PO to Fort Wilderness, so one way or another, you're probably going to transfer at a park, unless you can get an accessible cab.

From a park other than MK, you can take a bus to Fort Wilderness and then take the internal bus.
But, the boat ride from MK is a lovely, pleasant ride (IMO) and we prefer that route. If you go to the last show, there will be buses waiting after the show to take you back to your resort. If you eat earlier, you can take the boat back to MK and then get the bus back to your resort.

Whenever we do HDDR it's always on a MK day. Super easy to get there by boat

to Chim you did not ask but last time I was there I was using a scooter and we had to use a special door from Trails End to get into HDDR. I am sure Rusty will jet me know if I wrong and this has changed. but I wanted to say something as it was a little hard to figure out
