How can this be possible?!?

I called Disney Dining this morning -- exactly 90 days out -- and got through no problem at 7:01. Asked for earliest available PS for Donald's Breakfast for 5. 8:40!!! Or 8:20 if we split up into two tables!!! Why couldn't I get 8:10? And how could it possibly be 8:40 when I got through within 1 minute? I could understand if I were calling for Cindy's!

Okay...I called back and spoke to Helen who put us right in -- at ONE table -- for 8:00! She said the other CM (Tonda) must not have scrolled all the way up her screen because everything was available and I could have any time I wanted!

So, for future reference...if Tonda answers when you call and tells you your time isn't available...ask her to take a second and try scrolling! Ugh!

Helen was very nice and very helpful, by the way.

Same thing happen to me a few months back.

I called right at 7:00am & was told the EARILEST time for Donald's Breakfast was 8:30!!! I took it but after I got off the phone & it didn't seem right.
I called back a little while later & sure enough there was a 8:00 seating!!!
