How can In-laws reach us on the ship?

We are leaving on the 9/26 wonder WITHOUT the kids..hehehehehe. In laws are staying and I want to leave a number with them as I have read the cell phones probably won't work. Will they get a direct dial number to our room...how do they get that ..do we get it when we board? They won't be calling that often but for an emergency we will need to be reached. They are not emailers. We do know our room number.
