How can I send a welcome gift to another party?

We will be staying at CBR in October. A good co-worker friend of mine just happens to be traveling to WDW and checks in two days after us. How can I send a welcome to Disney gift to thier room so that it is there when they arrive? I know that they are also staying at CBR and the date the arrive is there anyone to do this?
