We stayed at Aulani in November, and there was one CM in particular who made a HUGE difference in our stay. He turned a really bad situation into something fantastic, and I wanted to make sure "the powers that be" knew about it. I asked at the front desk, and they said I'd be receiving a satisfaction survey via e-mail. I never received such a survey, perhaps because I stayed on rented points (maybe the DVC owner received the survey?)
Does anyone know of a way to offer praise where it can actually make a difference? Or is it a waste of my time to even try?
