How can I possibly book ADRS ...????

Next sunday I will be 180 days out...and ready to book my adr's.. BUT I don't know what the park hours will be yet while I am there ??? I don't park hop....How can I do this... How will I know if I should make ressies in epcot ..if I DON"T KNOW WHAT PARK I'LL BE IN ..UGHHHH !! will that change alo at 180 days ???
