How can I get to the Car Care Center from OKW?

We are using DME for the first time and then we will be picking up our rental at the Car Care Center. I would like to know how I can get there. Besides taking a cab, what other means are there to get there? Will they pick you up? If they do, how long does it take for them to get there?

They have a shuttle that will pick you up. You need to make arrangements ahead of time.

I just made a reservation on Alamo, from what I read, it is about 1 hour to 1 day. I assumed it means if I need a car at 8:00 am, I will have to call by 7:00 am or on the previous day.

We used Alamo in June. We wanted picked up at 3pm at MGM and we called at 10am that day to arrange it. It worked great!!! We were told they would pick us up anywhere on Disney property.
