How can I get free Disney Dining for March/April 2012?

I have heard about the free disney dining and was wondering how I can get it for an upcoming trip to WDW at the end of March beginning of April?

You can't, unless they are offering it for your dates, you book it within the booking deadline, and you pay rack rate for your room & buy tickets in a package.

Free dining was available for dates in Feb & March, but it had to be booked by December.

There is no current free dining offer, except for a UK resident offer, I believe.

Free Dining promos/discounts have been around since 2005 and they have never had a FD discount in April and only one time in March. As the pp stated the current March free dining offer had to be booked by December 17, 2011.

How do i get a pin code?

That's the million dollar question Email pin codes are randomly sent and are name specific and non-transferrable. The only thing you can do to up your chances is to make sure you are registered on all the Disney websites and you can also order a WDW planning DVD.
