How can I get a DIS wish?

Can someone tell me how to add a DIS wish to my posts??
I want to lose a few pounds for our cruise.

You grabbed the 45 pound clippie. What that's for is once you've lost 45 pounds with the WISHers.

What you'll want to do is grab a "member" clippie, then you can change it in increments based on how much you lose.

Be sure you post on WISH and introduce yourself!!
