How can I find something I saw that sold out?

I saw the cutest Prince outfit at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in early Sept. I have a grandson and knew it would be too big so didn't buy it at the time, which was stupid because I knew I wanted it. My daughter saw the pics and fell in love with it, too, but when I went back Oct 1-3, it was sold out. They told me it's only sold at BBB but to try Disney merchandising. They simply told me to look at BBB.

A CM told me they would probably get more. I will be at Disneyland one more time this year. Is there any other way, if it isn't in stock then, that I can find it? I've done a Google search and come up with nothing.

If the stores are out, then the only other way to is check on the Shop Parks App, try calling/emailing Merchandise Mail Order, or check the DisneyStore.com (they carry some Park Authentic merchandise).

Otherwise, you could look into one of the Disney Personal Shoppers, but know that they usually charge a shopping fee (~20%) plus shipping. So it can get pretty pricey...

I'd try merchandising again, and ask if they can check the WDW BBB for you and have them send it from there, if they have it.

Thinking about this a little more, I second the recommendation to call Merchandise Mail Order again, but to ask them to check both Disneyland and Disney World. Whenever I've called Merchandise Mail Order, they've always by default assumed I'm asking about something from WDW even when I've clearly said DLR at the start of the inquiry. Have them check both resorts and all BBB locations (WDW has two BBB locations)....

I noticed they are now called Merchandise Guest Services, but the phone number has stayed the same. They will charge a shipping fee based on the total price of the merchandise.
