How can I convince DBF...

I've found a good deal for DBF and I to celebrate our 4 year anniversary in DLP. To stay in Cheyenne and fly from Bristol is just over £500 for 3 days/4 nights at the end of Jan, beginning of Feb.

I think it's too good to be true, and would be the perfect fix before our next WDW trip scheduled for December 2013... But DBF is harder to convince! Help me! Anybody else have other halves who need some gentle nudging?

I've found it very difficult convincing my boyfriend to finally go.
In the end, he was away on our 6th anniversary so he let me book it to make it up to me :')

This was partly how I managed it, I can't remember whose TR it was but I left up a photo of someone meeting a couple of Star Wars characters. My boyfriend saw it, and a few weeks later whilst discussing holidays he was the one to suggest DLP!

Our deal was that we could go again this year if I agreed that the in-laws could stay for 2 weeks in December. They were with us for 2 months last year so 2 weeks should be a breeze.

Good luck I use lots of subtle little hints, so subtle that DH usually ends up thinking it's always been his idea.

Haha, brilliant Leanne! Not only would we have a fab time, but I'd come home a single girl! He'd leave me if I did that... I've until the 26th October to convince him as that's when the extra day and night free offer finishes!

this was the high point of my trip!!! was in awe/homage mode, yes I know it was a dude in a suit and not david prowse but still!!!!!!

was a big kid waiting for an autograph and Lord Vader suddenly pointed at me and beckoned me to join him, havent smiled in a photo so much since my wedding day!

I don't understand why some men don't want to go, I love taking my fiancee to DLP! I have taken her 3 times in 2 years, I even proposed there, I just don't think you can beat walking into main street as a couple, we can't wait to have kids so we have even more reasons to go, we'll end up being more excited than the kids though!!!!

He's just not that keen on DLP - he said he'd prefer WDW, as would I, but we couldn't afford to go for just one week. But, I said that this week in Paris would just be a little Disney fix until the big holiday in 2013 when my Grandad is taking 12 of us!

I would obviously choose WDW as well but DLRP is keeping the magic alive between and we had the most amazing time ever on our last trip x

Well the convincing of this DLP trip hasn't worked, so I will have to over-buy Disney DVDs and keep watching them, going through our own photos and videos and gently nudging him... I still have next years work holiday to do something with, maybe I can do that
