How can I contact VMK?

My nephew was banned today for no reason at all. He had a falling chairs win flip hat room. And someone really did win a flip hat, he had another hat he was going to give to win. And before the next game could start, Staff came in and booted a bunch of people. He got upset and signed off and I told him to calm down and to just sign back on, he tried to and has been banned for 3 years!!!

Not only do I think it is unfair since he was not running a scam game at all, but everyone here at the home is banned from VMK.

I tried to email but I doubt that will actually work, is there another way to contact them?

If you go to the VMK main page, at the bottom of the screen is a link that says "contact us".

I did send them an email. But like most know, emails sometimes never get responded to, or take forever.

Yeah the kids here are REALLY upset about it. We are actually going to Disneyland this Friday and now theyre saying they dont even want to go cause theyre mad at Disney lol.

LOL. But, dont worry if its a bad case, VMK usually responds with an email telling you why.

There was recently a post regarding Staff cracking down on people operating games that have people on the same IP (same house) playing or not having the item in inventory. I would have thought that they would have to have a report to look that far into it but then operating a pay game is probably a report Magnet. A person in the same house did not win by chance did they? Running the game over and over and trading the same prize off would throw up a flag if it wasn't somthing the operator had many of, or showed a pattern of it going to the same IP. Either way your only option is use the contact us on the main home page using the "I think I have been banned" selection. GL

It wasnt a pay game, and the first person that won the flip hat was not in this house, just some random lucky person. Im sure from the title and because of the 90% of the other games that are scams this would like like a warning, but this was a real game. Someone told me about reseting my modem to change my IP Address so I will try that now, if it doesnt work Ill call VMK, thank you for posting that number!

But it seemed like a fair game while I was in there. Nothing went wrong, no fights, no language. So not sure why they would do that.

You said you were in his room along with him right?? Maybe since you have the same IP they thought he was trying to scam someone. Not knowing that it was your nephew visiting over your house.
That's the only thing I can think of...

Well I tried to sign on again later after reseting my router and we had read the Ban Message wrong the first time, were only banned for 1 month.

I can get back on VMK right now if I wanted, but it would mean I would have to reset my router and IP address which is way too much of a hassle for me. Ill just call the VMK number tomorrow and if they dont help, guess well just have to wait the month out.

In the meantime, anyone got gray mansion shoes? lol
