You can book anytime but you will be charged the rack rate right now since your stay is still aways off but when you book and the cheaper rates come out you can call and change your rates to the cheaper one

Anyone have any idea when the cheaper rates will come out. We have never done Universal and are thinking about trying it in 2010.
