How can I add the countdown to my disney wedding

I am not good with computers and can't figure out how to have a countdown to my disney wedding that I am seeing everywhere. HELP!!!

From the main page, www.disboards.com scroll way down to Technical Support. They have a thread, it should be on top, with step by step walk you through it directions. I'm not great, but I was able to follow the steps and get it on mine (although its not our wedding this time, its our anniversary.)
