How can a request a specific area/room?

How do you request a specific area/room at a resort? Can you do this online? How long before my trip should i request this? im travelling on 23rd Sept.

I would call or fax a request.

If you have it noted in your reservation there is no need to fax. Just call the reservations line and have your requests added to your reservation.
