How busy is too busy when planning a vacation to Disney World

I have been planning my September 2017 11 day Disney vacation since October 2016. I feel I about scheduled. I left nights to relax at our resort, dessert parties, character dinning, California Grille, bippity boppity, Disney Spring days. I feel I left lots of relax time leaving parks midday for afternoon regroup but I still feel overbooked. This is only our 3rd visit last time 2014 and I don't want to miss a moment. What is a typical calendar for a 10 day trip for a family who doesn't come every year.

I don't think that's too much we have a 7 day trip with a dining reservation every day and some rest/relaxation time built in also.

We aren't doing BBB bc DD isn't old enough yet. Since you are going in Sept will you be hitting a MNSSHP?

We are doing MVMCP in Nov when we go.

If I'd cut anything it would be the dessert party...but that's just my opinion but overall it doesn't sound bad.

Thak you for your reply. Do you visit Disney often? Sorry I dont understand all the letters. I have 2 dessert parties one Stars and garden view MK. I thought cancel Star Wars. I dont care about the desserts just non stress seating. I love advice.

yes I'm a frequent visitor MNSSHP is the Mickeys Not so scary Halloween party and MVMCP is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party these are both hard ticket events that you need to buy tickets for separate from your admission.

I have never done either party (I'm cheap ) but I have never had a bad view with the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.

Def do what you and your family like and feel is best for you. I think for 10 days it's not over kill especially if your kids are older. We will be going with a 2 year old and I'm usually an open to close kind of girl but this time I have to take it slower so I don't get a grump on my hands.
