How busy is the waterpark?

We are goig to WDW the first week of March. It is suppose to be on the busy side. How busy do the waterparks get at this time and are they both open?

Our first visit was the last few days in February into the first week in March. It wasn't that crowded, although we could feel the difference in the increase in spring-breakers by the end. But it was fine, even for a crowd-averse family. We didn't have any long waits, as long as we chose our timing carefully - and that was before FastPass.

It was COLD though, so we didn't hit any waterparks.
