How Busy Around Presidents Day?

We will be in Florida from February 17 - March 1. Our original plan was to spend a few days at Universal and then take a cruise. We are still hoping to do this but have not booked a cruise yet. We did this same thing in 2009 and had two very uncrowded days the Thursday and Friday before President's Day but on Saturday it started getting much busier. Will it be the same this year or will WWOHP make a big difference at that time of year? Our main goal is to see/do everything Harry Potter. We will probably visit on Friday February 18 and Saturday February 19.

The crowds will probably be a little higher this year because of WWoHP that weekend so just plan accordingly.
