I s DLP very quiet for the first couple of weeks of Dec like WDW, or is it busier?! How long should i expect to queue for things and what is the weather likely to be like?!!

It seems very expensive......................am I looking at booking in the wrong places?!! Where can I get a great deal ?!!

Also, any opinions of Cheyenne would be great!!!

weather - ive been twice december and its bitterly cold lol!
crowds - i would say "average" - some things (like buzz) will have 90 mins Q's but other things will be dead as a doornail lol - so average i would say.
booking - book online. search around. experdia is usually very good. the best eurostar prices r always direct with eurostar too in my experience.
hope that kinda helps... lol

Sorry not been in December so can't help on that note but just wanted to give opinion on the Cheyenne. We went last October and loved it! Really great theming, very friendly people, buffet restaurant was lovely. Only a 10 minute walk from the park so very handy for a value hotel.

Also as far as deals go, I suppose it depends on hwo you plan on getting there. We fly from Manchester and for our next trip in November I found it cheaper to book flights direct with Air France and then book hotel package (which includes park tickets) with Disney direct, this saved me a couple of hundred pounds!!

The weekends are very busy in December so try to avoid them if you can and go in the week.

I've check the booking page on the official site a few times recently, and noticed that the first week in December is, for some reason, more expensive than any other days up to the 21st. Presumably they are expecting it to be busier during this time. This includes stays starting from Sunday 2nd to Saturday 8th inc. - but book a trip starting from Sun 9th and you're back to better prices and, hopefully, smaller crowds.

The Hotel Cheyenne is fun!! I wasn't too bothered about staying there and just went for DH's sake - but I was won over by the place :thumbsup2

When I read this I went to see what days of the week I was booked for. Yay, we arrive on Monday, depart on Friday. What luck :goodvibes

It is not too busy during the week at the beginning of December. Although the Wednesday did seem at bit busier as the park seemed to be full of school groups.

The weather last year we very wet but not too cold, though I understand that it is normally quite chilly. We will be going prepared for both
