That is definitely doable if you get to 7DMT with the first wave. We did that a couple of times, but now we usually use a FP for 7DMT later in the day, or on another day, so we don't have to deal with the mob. When we did go to 7DMT first we also went to Space then Buzz and usually had time for at least one more thing before the EMH ended, maybe even Peter Pan.
We did BTMRR at RD the last week of March which was a busy time. We went directly there and were able to ride twice with no line. There was a 20 minute wait by the time we exited the second time. We could have still made it on Splash with a short line but did not want to ride that. We were able to do HM before starting to use our FPs. During a busy time I don't think you could stop anywhere else first and still have a walk on.
You have to be ready to be flexible depending on the crowd and the possibility that a ride will not be open right at opening.
On our visit 2 weeks ago we went to PP first, then to Space and Buzz, and then rode the teacups before heading for the rope by the Tangled restroom. So, by 11 AM we had done 8 major attractions (plus the teacups) without using a FP.
