We've decided on a trip for my b-day (dreaded 35 :( ) & our 13th wedding anniversary :p for Tues 3/23 & checking out Sun 3/28. We just went in Dec & stayed at the Poly so we are aware that the crowds will be there & we're not going to see everything. It's also our first stay at a value report (POP) & we are really excited about the POP ! . Just how bad will the crowds be from anyone's experience ? ANy suggestions on crowds would be appreciated as to what to expect.

We're also taking our DS who will be 15 months with us. Also on a side note our DS was diagnosed in layman's terms with a flat head so he wears a special helmet all the time. Has anone had any negative experiences with people being rude or asking impertinent questions if they have a child that's different ? We've already had people ask "Is he retarded ? " (believe it or not ! & I can't write my reply here). But I just want it to be special for him since he didn't have the helmet in Dec. & he's a very outgoing happy baby whose always babbling away to everyone & anyone and since he was premature he just has some developmental delays.

Thanks again ! This forum is the best !

I know that time of the year can be busy because of spring break. We have been at WDW for spring break and just know it is going to be busy and plan for it.

As far as rude people or stupid questions - if someone were so insensitive as to ask anything - I would simply respond that sure is a personal question! Then I would feel sorry for them because they have the problem - not you!

We'll be at Disney that week! 3/22-3/26 is Spring break for Pinellas county and several other Florida counties.

We'll be there for the Americheer Cheerleading Competition March 24 - 29. I don't know how it will affect the crowds. We'll be staying at one of the All-Stars. I sure you and your family have a great time at WDW. My DS has Down Syndrome. We've always been treated great at WDW and DCL. Maybe you could ask at the DISabilities Board for their input. Nasi

We went last March the 26-31 and it was mobbed. We're going this year the 8-12 of March which is prior to Spring Break so we're hoping for a less crowded visit this time...even is it's only slightly.

Thanks everyone ! I thought it was going to be busy. But we really don't mind as long as we're at Disney & together ! :earseek:
