How big of a Diamond will Disney give Chef Oscar?

I saw a great hoodie the other day, just mickey's hand and a huge diamond perched between the thumb and forefinger, very simple but message strong, so signed poster of that image would work well.

There was a report on twitter that Chef Oscar might have fallen ill while at work. Does anyone know if this is true and, if so, if he is doing better?

ETA: I asked some CMs at Carnation Cafe today about Chef Oscar's condition. They said that he did feel unwell and First Aid was called. They thought he had had a stroke, but the report seems to be that the trouble was something else. He may still be in the hospital as a precaution, but it is reported that he is doing better.

Carnation Cafe is a must each trip and we truly enjoy our times when we can interact with Oscar!
My mother in law meeting Oscar for the first time in October during her birthday week. I hope he is making a speedy recovery and we get to see him soon.
