Yep. Those are the Rapid Infiltration Basins or RIBS. There are about 85 one acre RIBS operated by RCID/WDW.

I like to tell people it's roughly TWICE the size of Manhattan.

Then I pause.

And watch their jaws drop.

Most have no idea.

That's because most people don't realize how small Manhattan is.
