How big is "Disney's Favorite Girl" doll?

The Disney shopping site doesn't give any specifics on this doll... how tall is she? Can she wear American Girl or My Twinn clothing?

We have two of them. They are exactly the same size as American Girls and wear the same clothing. However the quality of the Disney doll is not nearly as good as American Girl Dolls. The hair ends up hopelessly matted.

We found that the Disney Girl could wear American Girl clothing, but the American Girl Dolls couldn't fit into the Disney clothing - they seem to be a bit plump in the torso.
