Hey everyone,

Were going on a quick 5 day trip to Disneyland July 14-19. I have seen that DCA has a bit of construction going on. For those that have been there, how bad is the construction at DCA? Does the construction constrict movement through the park?

Is it bad enough that we should skip DCA? We love California Screamin' and Tower of Terror...

No, do not skip DCA. They're expected to open up the park and lessen construction once peak season hits. The lake will still be drained, sadly, but the Wheel will be back open. I'm not sure about the boardwalk games and such, but most attractions will be open. It's not like at a total standstill, even now.

Almost everything will be up and running and there is no construction from San Francisco area down to Sunshine Plaza via Soarin. No construction in Bugs Land and Hollywood while the Wharf should be back to normal if they finish the retheming of Lucky Fortune Cookie restaurant and the Winery is not under construction. Only the pier area and most of the rides are running. You will get your money's worth even though the lake is empty.
