How bad is construction at Disneyland hotel?

As Dahlia mentioned, phase one of the pool, the new pool bar and food for the Summer. Neverland pool will be worked on in the Fall, so they can pause construction over the summer. The whole project old neverland pool, hotel rooms, lobbies, whatever for 2012. But I think more likely by the 2011Christmas Vacation period.

yes - thanks for posting the info and pictures. We plan to be there in mid July, so might go GCH rather than risk it. (well I like it as an excuse!)

We got back yesterday from a 6 day stay in a refurbed room in the wonder tower. The room was gorgeous, the pool was usable and clean, the grounds are a mess still but the mess is contained. The only really annoying part is that because the courtyard is blocked off you can only use the back entrance to the wonder tower and that really makes for a long walk at the end of the night, and if there is a wedding when you are there they block off the path so it was even longer. If you can afford the GCH stay there if not we still had a great trip and would stay there again, even with the construction.
