I would love to know how you are planning to hit the booths at the F&W Fest.

I meant to write France where it says Italy in regards to the International Gateway entrants. Sorry....coffee had not kicked in yet. :rolleyes1

Just curious. Maggie

We start in Mexico and work our way around.

The hubby and I do it randomly over the length of our trip - we stay at the BCV so we always enter through the international gateway and sometimes we go left and sometimes we go right, depends on our mood and the crowd and what foods sound best at a given time. :goodvibes

In years past we'd always start at the Florida booth for the Mango Wine then go from there..... I don't think the Florida booth is returning this year so we have no idea what to do.... I guess we'll get a beer and think it over..:confused3

We plan on doing the kiosks over 3 days. We will go to one and the skip 2 in order to walk off the 1st stop etc. We love to wander aimlessly around poking into shops and entetainment.
Meg

More then likely by whatever we come to first, since I haven't been to Epcot in over 10 years and that was just the once I have no idea what you come to first and besides Champagne might be a nice first stop Chocolate, truffles are not a good way to start things off in my opinion (Note I am not a big chocolate fan, so chocolate fans don't bash me  ). But we will see when we get there.

We start in Mexico the first day, working our way around to Canada, and then we revisit our favorites in no particular order the rest of the week (with frequent stops at the Champagne booth ;)).

We have two days to devote to the event. I have run everything past Gabby and honestly, she is more into the desserts and wines than the rest of the food. I can't wait to try the foods more than the wines and desserts. We are so different. lol Anyway, I have mapped out all of the stops around the WS. I have matched the list from AllEars with the prices to the around the world list, went through the list and color coded the items to use the DDP snack credits for, added in the other displays and booths that might interest us, and finally, I deleted foods that I know in advance that we have no desire to try. This is what I came up with.....

There's Everything I'm planning on trying. I'm sure that over the 9 days of my trip - 4 of which are completely Epcot, I'll be ok.
Its almost $160 worth of food & wine. But I have that cash already.

We always tend to start over on the Mexico side and make our way over to the UK. The marghartia kicks things off! :drinking1

As for the rest, we just kinda stop and read the menus and look at the food to decide. If it looks interesting or sounds good at the moment, we'll get it and try it. One of the favorites was the ginger ice cream in China... yummy!

I see a few things on here this time that I'm just going to have to try. I just wonder about the sizes of some of these things. I ordered a custard at Canada last year and it was more like a mini-sample.

We are going to have many more of us this trip so we might try a lot more things. However, I have to watch out, I used a Disney gift card last trip and blew $50 really quick! (Not to mention the cash spent on wine tastings... :drinking1 )

As I'll be going ovet the F&WF for a few days, I'll start at Champagne, go towards Canada and work my way around to USA on day one. Then, day two, I'll start back at Champagne :drinking1: then head off Mexico way going back around to USA. Day three will be revisiting any favs.

I voted for other because I don't have, or plan to have, a plan. We will definately go to Epcot more than once during our 10 days. We will go to the booths that interest us as we walk around the showcase.

I don't have any sort of method, either. I'll be coming into Epcot via the International Gateway a lot, but it might not always be the case. Sometimes I visit the Canada side first, and sometimes I start in Mexico.

At this point, I don't know what I'm doing yet. :)

My DS7 will be delighted to take those truffles off your hands. The little angel swiped mine when I was getting myself comfy on a bench last year "Where did my truffles go?" I asked "Munch munch" said the chocolate smeared child.

I'd rather the Champagne was further round (it's usually near France) but it'll give me the opportunity to stop by twice! Australia has moved too?? My favorite place to stop. We always start on the Mexico side, I don't think I could do it the other way around, but if Australia is that far round....hmmmm. I might have to be really radical a go anti-clockwise, not sure if I can cope with that amount of rebellious behavior on my vacation.

Once around each way in 2 days.We are staying @YC so if we tire early or finish early we may go back for seconds.Between 3 couples we plan to try 1 of every food offered and double up or more on yummies.5 days til:dance3: :dance3:
