How are the pools at ASMu?

I know there are no jacuzzi's and they don't have many of the amenties of moderate and deluxes, but are they fairly good sized? Usually packed? Also....if I remember right, guest at an All Star Resort can use the pools at the other 2 All Stars too...is that right?

The All Stars each have 2 large pools (the main one near the food court and a quiet one) and 1 child's pool. Yes, you can use any of the 6 big pools and 3 children's pools at the All Star Resorts. Each of the 2 pools at each resort has a laundry facility. So that's 6 laundry rooms, too.

The All Star main pools are quite large. I have never seen them packed, they always have people in them but there has always been room for everyone. I have found the pools are pretty deserted during the morning when everyone is at the parks and then mid afternoon as people come back from the parks the pools start to get more crowded.

We loved the main pool at ASMU...it is so big. We were there over the 4th of July last summer and were verey concerned about crowds, tour groups etc.,,,,but it was wonderful I love the bright colors and palm trees all around. You will have a terrific time. I also remember quite a bit of shade available from those palms.
