just wondering how bad the crowds are. We were there this week a few years ago and it was shoulder to shoulder in MK.
Epcot was dead Christmas evening but that may have been due to the cooler temps. I have never seen WS so deserted. It looked like the last few minutes of a late night extra magic hours.
It's been brutal since around the 16th.
A Saturday in the MK when the park has closed early for parties 3 or 4 of the preceding nights is always going to be ugly.We were there from the 16th to 23rd and the worst we saw was that Saturday the 16th at MK. We werent expecting to arrive that day originally so we didnt book FP. The rest of the week was crowded but not brutal by any means.
Overall though I have to admit I’m a bit confused now when people talk about the crowds being unbearable during this time. I think if you sleep in and arrive at the parks at peak they may be but we must have missed most of the action by being there for park open, out by lunch, and back at night with an open mind and a watchful eye on FP+ availability.

Christmas evening they were having people park at Typhoon Lagoon and then running a shuttle between there and DS. We literally got the last valet parking spot around 7:30 PM.How are the crowds at Disney Springs?

Also here was Tomorrowland on Christmas Day last afternoon between parades:
