How are the crowds in October?

We are planning a trip for Oct '06 and I was wondering how bad are the crowds during this month, particularly the first two weeks of October...

Everything is relative with the perception of crowd size, but in general crowds will be low when schools are in session, and crowds will be high when schools are out.

There will be some exceptions of course, but October is a good month to avoid big crowds.

We were there this October 1 and 2. I think Disney has become much better at luring in visitors during the off peak times. Epcot was packed, the Magic Kingdom was pretty crowded too. Animal Kingdom seemed slower, but that may have been because did the one or two things left on our list early and left.
