how are the crowds early September?

We are planning on going to US/IOA September 1 - 2 (Thursday/Friday before Labor Day) following a Disney Cruise. How are the crowds that time of year? We are staying at HRH in order to get FOTL - do you think we'll be able to do both parks in 2 days? Should I prepare myself for crowds of people? Thanks!!

Early September is still fairly crowded but with FOTL you won't even notice. You should have no problem seeing both parks in two days.
