Just wondering if the snacks and beverages out during the day are equal to the regular Disney hotels concierge levels. Their prices are so much better, that I have to wonder what the differences are. Thanks.

I've never stayed on CL myself, but there are many on the board who have.
There is a description on Glo's FAQ thread at the top of the Resort Board page, and also dreamflight99's thread may be of assistance to you! :)

I recently stayed at Dolphin CL. Food is out only for breakfast (7:00-10:30 or 11:00) and then again in the late afternoon (5:00-7:00/30). The Club room is closed during the interim hours. I'm not sure if they open later than 7:00 so that people can see the fireworks - I do know they stop serving food and beverages at 7:00 or 7:30.

We recently spent 16 nights at the Swan-CL. The selection in the morning included bagels, toast, danish, cereals, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit and juices. The lounge closes after breakfast and re-opens at 5pm with fruit , cheeses, crudite, one hot offering, and beverages. Later in the evening there are wonderful cookies, coffee, tea and wine at a charge. We have stayed at the Yacht Club concierge level and while the lounge is open longer, we didn't really gain anything by the extended hours. During the day, we were either at the parks or down at the pool and never made use of the limited afternoon offerings. While at the pool, we never walked all the way back to the lounge. More importantly, Mama T and Denise at the Swan are two of the the kindest, most lovely people we have ever encountered at WDW.

I thought CL breakfest started at 6:30 at the S/D. Can anyone confirm if it is 6:30 or 7:00? Thanks! We will be there is 26 days!

6:30 am. They will hand you all the info upon check-in. The lounge is open in the eves through all the fireworks shows. Although no food was out, the concierge went and brought us cookies, milk and coffee! The view is spectacular, and it's nearly vacant...as most persons think it's closed.:p It is a wonderful CL, and as RAV pointed out...MAMA T & DENISE are the two nicest folks around! (They are BOTH now at the Swan, Denise left the Dolphin in August :( ). I have gone over to the Swan CL to visit them, and just bring my card as proof of CL status at the Dolphin (& Swan). I've never had any trouble using either one, after all-they ARE sister properties...with universal charging privs to your room. Denise herself told me I was welcome to use the Swan CL anytime I pleased. Of course, I only went to see her & M.T.! ;) Enjoy

I believe Denise was at the Dolphin the last week of August. I think I remember her saying she was usually at the Swan and was filling in for someone on vacation. If it was Denise, I agree she was lovely and gracious. We chatted with her every morning.

Thanks for all the replies. Would you recommend the Swan or Dolphin club level for two adults and one moody adolescent? It sounds like the Swan might be the place, but is it kid-friendly? Thanks!

My two DSs are 17 and 19. They thoroughly enjoyed our club privledges at the Dolphin. The CM were very pleasant and very kid-friendly.

Thanks for all of your replies. Does anyone remember what kind of warm/hot offerings are available at the Club level at the Swan?(Just planning what to bring for my dd) :p

At the Dolphin (I haven't stayed at the Swan), warm items for breakfast were what you could place in the toaster. In the afternoon, there was one hot h'or d'oeuvre. Of course, this is beside warm beverages.
