How are people using FastPass lines?

We are in Disney World right now, and we keep seeing people using FastPass lines . We know the fast passes are not available, so how are they doing that? We saw one group who had obvious physical disabilities, but everyone else has been groups from two people all the way up to a couple dozen. At Splash Mountain, we saw a group of 40-50.
I know Club 33 members can, but we have been seeing A LOT, especially at MK. Anyone know?

Not all disabilities are obvious which is why they are called invisible disabilities. Most likely you are seeing DAS return times and child swap.

They are also giving FP on MDE/band for customer recovery. We had a ride go down, and they gave us one for it in July. I can't remember which ride.

When ROTR went down just as we started, they gave out a FP to use anytime & I got to return thru the FP entrance rather than the boarding group entrance.
