How are my plans so far?

Just wanted to get some opinions from you experts out there... do my plans look okay? We are bouncing around from park to park due to trying to get everything in, and not going to MVMCP this year makes it hard!

Arrive Sat. Dec. 2:
Check into hotel, explore hotel while DH sleeps.
6pm dinner @ 1900 Park Fare
After dinner, head to Epcot to see Illuminations

Sun. Dec. 3 - EPCOT
Counter Service lunch somewhere (any suggestions?)
Dinner not yet planned
Head over to Magic Kingdom in the late afternoon/early evening to see Spectromagic Parade and Wishes!

Monday, Dec. 4 - Magic Kingdom
CS somewhere in the MK
6:35 dinner @ Ohana's

Tuesday, Dec. 5
7:30am Chef Mickeys
Free day to explore resorts

Dinner - open

MGM to see Osbourne lights in the evening

Wednesday, Dec. 6 - Animal Kingdom

CS lunch @ Tusker House
Parade @ 3:45

7:30 Sleigh Ride @ Wilderness Lodge
8:40 Dinner @ Whispering Canyon

Thursday, Dec. 7 - MGM

11:10 Lunch @ Sci Fi
parade
4pm dinner @ Hollywood & Vine
6pm Fantasmic

Friday, Dec. 8 Free Day

Hit whatever the girls want to go back to

7:15 Dinner @ Hoop de Doo Review

Saturday, Dec. 9 leave for home

Looks good, but just make sure SpectroMagic is running that night because it's not a nightly event like Wishes, Fantasmic and Illuminations. For CS in MK we like Columbia Harbour House. It's nice sitting on the second floor by a window. Have a great trip!

OMG! We're going the same dates and have almost the same plans! Ours are kinda loose though.

Arrive Saturday the 2nd--site see, probably ride the monorail, meet dh's grandma who I've never met.

Sunday the 3rd--Epcot and MGM

Monday the 4th--Breakfast at Chef Mickey's then Magic Kingdom

Tuesday the 5th--Sea World and MVMCP

Wednesday the 6th--Animal Kingdom and our sleigh ride We have ADRs for 1900 Park Fare at 5pm, don't know if we'll keep them though (still deciding on DDP).

Thursday the 7th--Leave for home

The schedules I have checked show Spectro running that night, but I will certainly check once we arrive. The problem is that darn MVMCP, which limits our times to see Wishes, and that's a must!
