How are dining credits accounted for?

It is my understanding we have to get the dining plan for our entire party. One of them is planning to leave a day earlier but staying in same room. So are the dining credits just credited to the room key? So for instance we have three adults so it would have 3 TS, 3 CS and 3 snacks per day and we could use his remaining credits or are they allotted by name to each person in the party?

No they are allocated to the room not a person. You will be able to use those extra credits any time throughout the week.

Yes you will be able to use what credits that person leaves behind...unless they use them during the days they are there.
That person could actually use 2 CS, 2 TS credits somewhere along the line so they get their full credits.
If not anyone can use them.
