How and when do I add Genie+ to our Park Hoppers.

Not sure if I can add Genie+ to our passes before our visit or do I have to wait until we are on-site. How do I add Genie+? Do i need to have my credit card information on my phone to buy lightening lane etc. Thank you for your help.

Depends, do you want Genie+ for every day or just certain parks? (Genie+ gets you lightning lane for multiple rides per park per day

If you only want certain days, you'll have to buy morning of each park day you want Genie+. You can purchase starting at midnight each day and make your first LL pick at 7am.

If you want Genie+ for your entire trip, you might be able to call in and get it added on or possibly through my Disney experience app or website.

The Individual Lightning Lane attractions, the one where you pay a fee for a single ride, is only available day of park visit starting at 7am ET.

Yes, have a credit card tied to your account for fast checkout.

We called the day it opened and added it to our 8 day park hopper passes.

If you want it for every day, you can upgrade your tickets to add it. If you don't want it every day, then you need to add it yourself on the days you want it.

If it is a package, you have to call. Otherwise you can add it online by changing your tickets. That is what I did. I sent to MDE and there was a "Change Tickets" link when I view my tickets. I was able to use a gift card that I bought at Sam's for that purpose.


Even though we aren't going until Feb, I wanted to add G+ now because I can totally see them raising the price to say $20 from the "introductory" price of $15.

I had to call Disney Wednesday and I wait for 2 hours.
