That is wonderful that it has worked out for you!! I just found this thread and was reading through holding my breath - LOL! I know what it's like since I have family living down in FL and it's expected that I visit when I have a Disney trip planned. Makes for some sticky situations!

Hooray for reasonable relatives! My uncle still isn't talking to my cousin (not his son) because he wouldn't leave Disney to drive 6 hours round trip to see him (after driving a car full of children down from Massachusetts!) And this is after cousin invited him to come up and spend the night at Disney with them! But nooooooooooo!
