How active is trading at DL

We're trying to decide if we should lug a pin bag or two to DL. Can anyone tell me how active trading is at DL? I will not be there for a "pin trading night", I'll be there later this week into next week. I'll bring plenty of lanyard traders, but just unsure if I should bring one or more trading bags.

The pin traders, according to my limited experiences, come out on Sunday. You can go to the Plaza next to Casey's at the end of Main St. or the pin station at the other end of Downtown Disney.

We are WDW vets and pin trading is huge there, whether cast members or guests. Recenlty we made our first trip to DL and were amazed at how unpopular pin trading is with guest and cast members. But it does not hurt to bring a pin bag or two, it seemed in the evening there were always people trading at downtown Disney pin store.

To clarify I am a WDW vet (50+ trips), and I am a pin trading vet. I have been collecting 25+ years and have over 20,000 pins.

It figures I have plans for Sunday already.

My limited experience has been the same as the previous posters. Pin trading is nowhere near as widespread at DL as it is at WDW. But here's some info posted on Dizpins that might help you. I haven't actively sought these events out, so I don't know how accurate this is:

Come Out and Trade

Disney's Pin Traders, Downtown Disney District
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Plaza Pavilion, Disneyland® park
Daily from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

P.T. Flea Market, Disney's California Adventure® park
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

I have seen traders at the Plaza Pavilion on days other than Sundays, but not many. And Disney's Pin Traders can get pretty hopping on weekend nights.
