It's a little secluded area across from Pizzafari or not too far from there I believe.

I was thinking it was part of The Oasis. All I remember clearly is that you walk down into a cave-like area and from there you can watch the fish. It is probably a spot that most people rush past but I am an explorer who likes to see every knook and cranny.
