Has anyone been early January. Thinking about 1/1-1/4. Only other trip was in February when there were hardly any crowds. We will have 3 kids and it is the first trip for the 3 year olds. What are the crowds like. It sounds like from other posts that it gets less crowded after 12/31. Any thoughts?

In past January 1st it gets slower and by the 2nd it is like a ghost town.... However this year the 1st is on a Sunday so people will probably stay through the weekend making it a little busier on the first than usual, slowing down on the 2nd or 3rd.

I know our schools don't go back to later this year....
We are going in that time frame, but I don't think the crowds really drop off till the 3rd or 4th...then you have the marathon weekend......
